Tyler did a great job helping us sell our home and buy a new house in the same city. He sold our home in 1 1/2 days and with a bidding war we got $25K over asking. The home we purchased is perfect for our forever home (rancher). We were able to process the purchase a day after we closed on the sale of our home. That way we could put a large down payment on the new home from the sale of the old home to avoid a PMI. Both closings went seamlessly. All documents were processed on line ahead of closing which gives you time to actually read what your signing. Then we signed the final pieces of paper via drive-in Closing location due to COVID.
